January 18, 2014
Toyota has announced that Supra Concept is ready to be showcased at North American International Motor Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. It has attractive, swift and pretty looks. All car makers are gearing up for this extraordinary event and one of these contestants is Toyota, which is getting ready to unveil a Supra concept. The statement hasn't been made official; the model should make its public entrance in Detroit. The launch will showcase a brand new sports car, which will be seated on top of the current GT 86. The new cohort of the Toyota Supra was originally whispered to be co-developed with Tesla but subsequently a connection with BMW has been formed in recent times. Toyota Supra will be based on Toyota GT 86 and it will also make use of a number of reinforcements from the Z4. The new Toyota Supra will be carried on an improved platform same as the one used in GT 86 and it will get a BMW tuned suspension system. The Toyota Supra will be powered by a 2.5 litre four-cylinder engine, also assisted by an electric motor, which is capable of producing a total output of 298 kW and 400 bhp. An extra powerful version of the Supra will also become available, and it will be powered by a 3.5 litre V6 with Hybrid configurations. Additional information on the heir of the Toyota Supra is not available at the moment and will be stated shortly. If you have wedged your concentration with the Supra name and once it’s introduced into market, don’t get your expectation too high because there are few years of wait for this hotly anticipated new sports car.
