Toyota Auris diesel engines are hard to beat

Toyota Auris was introduced in the United Kingdom on February 1, 2007. It was a reinstate to Toyota Corolla hatchback. The 2.0 litre D-4D 130 T-Spirit offered at £16,495, but if you wish for a satellite navigation system then you have to pay a £1,500 extra for Toyota's excellent satnav system. The T-Spirit model has keyless entry with the help of a push button start, but the 2.0 chain cam diesel is unpredictably deafening. Engines with Toyota optimal drive system were introduced in 2008 and all diesel engines were exclusively equipped with Diesel Particulate Filters to control the emissions. 2007 version of 1.4 Litre D-4D diesel engines was capable of delivering better fuel economy with a 56mpg on an average urban cycle and the CO2 emissions were at 132G/Km however in 2009, 1.4 Litre D-4D engines were introduced with a refinement package to improve the performance. All new 1.4 Litre D-4D engines have an improved fuel economy of 60 miles per gallon and co2 emissions also enhanced and reduced by almost 8g/km with new stats of 124g/km.
